Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, the south's most dynamic city. This afternoon is free at leisure and a range of activities can be arranged for your family such as city tours, cooking classes, museum visits and so on.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Overnight Cruise (B, L, D)

Your family holiday begins with a drive to the Mekong Delta, and as you leave the city the landscape changes from cityscapes into scenes of farms and smaller villages. Midday you'll board a fabulous riverboat for an overnight cruise, winding your way through the canals of the Mekong Delta and stopping to visit local riverside villages. Kids will delight in watching the vibrant scenes of Delta life go by as you cruise on the water

Day 3: Cai Rang - Can Tho - Homestay (B, L, D)

This morning, aboard a small local boat, cruise through the floating Cai Rang market where a maze of hundreds of boats are packed with mango, bananas, papaya and pineapple for sale. Return to land for an afternoon cycling journey through the quiet laneways around Can Tho, passing small villages and meeting friendly locals. Reach a quiet homestay where you'll spend a fabulous evening with a family, learning more about traditional Vietnamese life as you interact with the host family.

Day 4: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B, L)

After your breakfast, it's time to say goodbye to your host family and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight or continue your family holiday with a trip up to the north.
